Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order or requesting a return, refund, or cancellation.


Refund Method

Prepaid Orders

Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD purchases, refunds will be provided in the form of a store gift card valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.


Shipping & Return Charges

A shipping and return processing fee of ₹199 per shipment will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Any COD handling charges applied at the time of purchase are non-refundable.


Replacement Policy

We provide complimentary replacements under the following circumstances:

  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Leakage or transit damage
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing product from the package

To be eligible, issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs for verification purposes.


Patch Test Recommendation

Our products are formulated and tested for safe external application.

As skin types and sensitivities may differ from person to person, we strongly recommend conducting a patch test before full use.

If irritation or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately.


Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.

Address changes may be accommodated prior to dispatch and, after shipment, only if supported by the courier partner.


Refund Processing Timeline

Refunds are initiated after the returned product has been inspected and approved.

The time taken for the refund to reflect may vary depending on your bank, payment gateway, or financial institution.
